Recovery Yoga Classes are at 6:45 on Friday nights at CrossFit Johns Creek. This class is open to both members and non-members for $10 per class.

Cost of this class is not included in membership. There will be a sign-in sheet at the door where members can indicate that we can charge the credit card we have on file for you. All others must pay cash at the end of class.
