Strength: Power Clean – 15 Minute skill and work up focus on transitioning fast to the power position and using the legs to “jump” the bar to the rack.

Conditioning: E2MOM for 20 minutes:

  • 10 Burpees
  • 30 Double-Unders
  • 3 Power Clean (@75%)
