Strength: Skill: Pull-up progressions (those with sweet-ass pull-ups can work on their MU progressions) (15 minutes)

Conditioning: Thrusters and Burpees (Over the Bar) Oh My (15 min)

3 Rounds – 3 minute AMRAP each – 3 minutes rest between – start ALL rounds with Thrusters

  • 9 Thrusters (95/65lb)
  • 9 Burpees over the bar
