The 2nd Johns Creek’s Finest 5k is scheduled for May 21, 2016 and I hope that you will join us once again. Please register at www.johnscreeksfinest5k.com.
A few changes that were made to improve this event:
- The top three finishers male/female get medals.
- The top three for each age group male/female will also get medals. Age groups are the following: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50 and above
- A time keeping company has been hired and your bibs (race numbers) will have a chip that will track your time. A screen will be up at the finish line, where you can see the race results.
During the registration process…AGE of the runner is important. A few have already registered and have purchased three numbers but I only have 1 age. For those people, I will email and confirm the age for each number assigned. If you are registering for a child, please provide the age so we can make arrangements accordingly with race numbers and age group for the awards.
This is a stroller friendly event! AND this will also be a dog friendly event! (Dogs must be on a lease and of course, please pick up after your dogs…)
