How can you meet your health and fitness goals if you don’t even have them defined and written down? Yet, only 3% of people have goals that are written down!
By the end of this workshop, led by four-time World Champion Powerlifter, Lara Sturm, you will have defined and written goals that tie back into your life goals in a meaningful way.
These goals will help you align your behavior and decrease the amount of decisions you need to make on a daily basis! Then we can move on to crushing our goals in 2020!
