Skill practice – Medicine ball cleans, med ball clean to wall ball combo

15 min Partner AMRAP
One partner performs med ball clean to wall ball combos while the other partner rows 250m (or runs 200m). Then the partners switch places. Each team counts the combos to get their score.

Finisher
After a brief breather, each team should accumulate the most time in a plank hold for a separate score.
