Strength: Bench press 5-5-3-3-3

Then four challenges that are performed once each. Rest as needed between each of the four challenges.

  1. Run 10 Meters on the minute. Two cones are placed 10 meters apart. Each minute add a ten meter return trip until you cannot complete the run in one minute.
  2. Max reps burpees in one minute.
  3. Max reps abmat sit-ups in one minute.
  4. Max reps pull-ups in one minute.
