Then, for time:

  • Run 800m
  • Two rounds of:
    • 35 Squats
    • 35 Knees to elbows
    • 35 Squats
    • 35 Sit-ups
    • 35 Squats
    • 35 Lunges (L+R=2)
  • Run 800m
