Skill/Strength: Jerk – work up to your weight that you will use in the timed portion of the WOD
Then, as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
- 5 Clean & Jerk (135/95lb)
- 10 Double-unders
- 15 Box jumps (24/20″)
With as many rounds as Mike got during the WOD it was strange that he had time to look thru the “Kitty Litter” bucket!
