Then, as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes… after 800m run buy-in (30 minute clock starts at beginning of run)… of:

  • 5 Handstand push-ups
  • 5 Strict pull-ups
  • 5 Ring dips
  • 3 Handstand push-ups
  • 3 Strict pull-ups
  • 3 Ring dips
  • 1 Handstand push-up
  • 1 Strict pull-up
  • 1 Ring dip

NOTE: Newbies – don’t freak. We will be scaling for those who don’t have a HDPU, strict pull-up, and/or ring dip.
