Chipper’day WOD for time

Pt1. With partner complete:

  • 400m farmers carry (24k-16k KB) while partner 2 completes 10/10 hammers and 10 wall balls
  • If/when you drop the weight then partner 2 will continue the 400m where you left off

Pt2. Finish the following

  • 30 pull ups
  • 20 sandbag complex (clean sb, press OH, lunge L/R, burpee =1)
  • 20 any way OH (135#-85#)
  • Run 1 mile
