Team WOD – Relay Races

Teams are four are formed then of the four partners are formed. Of each partnership only one athlete works at any given time.

Partner A and B alternate the following exercises once. When they are done they switch places with C and D.

  • 100 m Shuttle run
  • 10/10 Sledgehammers
  • 5/5 KB clean and jerk

Partner C and D do as many rounds as possible while A and B complete their tasks, of:

  • 5/5 step ups onto 20″ box with plate locked out overhead
  • 5 Burpees
