Team WOD – Relay Races
Teams are four are formed then of the four partners are formed. Of each partnership only one athlete works at any given time.
Partner A and B alternate the following exercises once. When they are done they switch places with C and D.
- 100 m Shuttle run
- 10/10 Sledgehammers
- 5/5 KB clean and jerk
Partner C and D do as many rounds as possible while A and B complete their tasks, of:
- 5/5 step ups onto 20″ box with plate locked out overhead
- 5 Burpees
