Today’s WOD is dedicated to the CFJC members who are also part of Team Pirate Treasure. TPT rides in the riding in the 24 Hours of Booty event this weekend.
24 Hours of Booty is the official 24-hour ride of the LIVESTRONG Foundation, which brings cyclists of all abilities together to raise vital funds for cancer research and survivorship. The event unites people who are passionate about fighting cancer. By benefiting both The LIVESTRONG Foundation and local, life-changing beneficiaries, the 24 Hours of Booty experience represents hope, challenge, remembrance and celebration.

Skill review: Kettlebell cleans
Then – “BOOTY CALL” – as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
- 5/5 Kettlebell cleans (pirates like to swab… err… clean the deck?)
- 10/10/10 Tsunami ropes (pirates like ropes but hate tidal waves)
- 15 Burpees (pirates need to hit the deck? – yeah OK… it’s a reach – but who DOESN’T LOOOVE BURPEES??!)
- 50/50 Flutter kicks (OBVIOUS swimming reference)
Finisher (after the AMRAP): Max plank hold with 25/15lb plate on ya. Whoever holds the longest Rx plank today, wins the trophy.
