This WOD a farewell WOD for Dr. Donny – for REAL this time (or so he says).  He is moving to sunny CA in a few days… Here is a little of what he likes and a little of what he probably doesn’t like so much…

5 rounds for time of:

  • 15/15 Sledgehammer swings (16lb)
  • 15/15 One-arm kettlebell swings (24/16k)
  • 15 GHD sit-ups*
  • 25m broad jump – every 3 jumps do 3 burpees

* If you have never done more than 30 GHDs in a day, this is not a good day to do 75 of em… Do 30 abmat sit-ups instead.
