Skill: Medicine ball cleans and med ball clean to wall ball combo

Then, partner up… for 15 minutes – one partner will perform as many med ball cleans to wall ball combos (no bouncing!!) as possible while the other partner runs 200m. Each partner team keeps a running count of all reps for their score. Rx = 20/14lb to 10′ target.
