Strength for 3s – Untimed

  • 3 Deadlift
  • 3 Hang power clean
  • 3 Front squat
  • 3 Jerks

Do not put the bar down between movements. There is a 20 burpee penalty for dropping the bar before your last jerk. (BUT… expect to do burpees – if you don’t, you likely are not challenging yourself!)

Start with an unloaded bar. Add weight each round for a total of 6 weighted rounds. This is an untimed WOD – rest as needed between rounds.

The last round should be a maximal effort. (Aim for 6 rounds but if you complete the 6 rounds and can do more weight, DO IT!)
