Strength: Deadlift 5×5
Then, Partner up for “Happy New Year:”
One partner runs 400ms while the other partner performs as many rounds and reps as possible:
- 12 Bodyweight Deadlifts
- 31 Box jumps (24/20″)
- 11 Burpees
When the runner returns, the partners switch places. The runner should complete the round where their partner left off.
I dont know if everybody got all they wanted but they seemed to get all that they could stand!
Great way to bring in the New Year and get ready for a goal breaking 2012…
