As many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:

  • 3 Power cleans (135/85lb)
  • 6 Push-ups
  • 9 Squats

Rest one minute. Repeat for a total of 5 rounds.

Start each round fresh with power cleans. Add all rounds completed and all additional reps for your total score.
