First as many reps as possible in 3 minutes of: Double-unders

Then, “Tabata This, Sucka! Part II Electric’Boogaloo”

Perform Tabata intervals and count your total reps of:

  • Squats
  • Pull-ups
  • Push-ups
  • Sit-up
  • Kettlebell SDHP (24/16k)

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 sets. Compete all intervals with one exercise before moving onto the next.
