In WODs

For time – perform the following tasks in any order – except that you must start with either the run or the row:

  • Run 1 mile
  • Row 50 calories
  • Carry a cinderblock 400m
  • Drag the sled for 50m (45/25lb on sled)
  • Make 3 trips to the tsunami rope to perform 10/10/10 reps
  • Make 3 trips to the tire to perform 25/25 sledgehammer swings
  • 30 Burpees
