For time – perform the following tasks in any order – except that you must start with either the run or the row:
- Run 1 mile
- Row 50 calories
- Carry a cinderblock 400m
- Drag the sled for 50m (45/25lb on sled)
- Make 3 trips to the tsunami rope to perform 10/10/10 reps
- Make 3 trips to the tire to perform 25/25 sledgehammer swings
- 30 Burpees
