- Then perform two rounds of the barbell complex
- Run 400m
- Then perform one round of the barbell complex
Each barbell complex “round” consists of: (use the same barbell for all)
- 5 Deadlifts (115/75)
- 5 Hang power cleans
- 5 Push jerks
