Strength: Deadlift – 15 minutes to determine your three rep max

Then, for time:

  • Run 400m
  • Then perform three rounds of the barbell complex*
  • Run 400m
  • Then perform two rounds of the barbell complex
  • Run 400m
  • Then perform one round of the barbell complex

Each barbell complex “round” consists of: (use the same barbell for all)

  • 5 Deadlifts (115/75)
  • 5 Hang power cleans
  • 5 Push jerks
