Strength: Clean – work to a heavy set of 3

Then, AMRAP 12 minutes of:

  • Flutter kick
  • Grasshopper
  • Sit-ups

Start with 1 rep of each. Next round perform 2 reps of each… And so on until the clock is up.

We had to buy more 20 and 15K bars because we ran out of 20Ks during the 5AM WOD on Thursday! Really 5 AM who trains at 5? A bunch of our athletes is who!
