Strength: 15 minutes to work to a 1 rep max clean

Then, perform the following movements as for as many rounds and reps as possible in 2 minutes – rest one minute – 4 minutes – rest one minute – 6 minutes:

  • 10/10 KB Cleans (24/16k)
  • 15 Rowers or 10 GHD sit-ups
  • 10 Burpees with touch to target at least 6″ above full reach

Start the 2nd and 3rd work period where you left off for one score of total reps and rounds.
