“Tabata This”
Perform tabata intervals of the following:
Row
Squat
Pull-up
Push-up
Sit-up
The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for eight sets. Complete one Tabata interval for each exercise with one minute of rest between.
Determine the lowest number of reps completed in each work period for each exercise (use the calorie count for rowing). Combine them for the total score. The order of the exercise can be changed.
