Strength: Pause bench with commands – warm up then, 1 rep @ 90%, 1 rep @ 95%, 1 rep @ 100%

If you have never benched with us, instead work to a set of 3 heavy reps.

Then, break into partners – we will run two heats – one partner works while the other counts and acts as a judge.

AMRAP 12 minutes of:

  • 10 KB swing (30/24k)
  • 10 Box jump (24/20″)
  • 10 Ring dip
