Cleans – Skill work for 15 minutes, working the positions for the Hang Power Clean

Then, on the minute for 12 minutes:

  • On the odd minutes: 5 Hang Power Clean (go as heavy as you can while finishing within the minute. You can decrease the weight on the bar, but not increase it.)
  • On the even minutes: Max reps pull-ups

Your score is the weight on the bar during your last round and your total number of pull-ups.
