Then, 5 rounds for time of:
- 15 Walking lunge steps (L+R=2) with barbell held in the front rack position (95/65lb)
- 30 Double-unders
There is a 12 minute time cap to this WOD. If you do not finish within 12 minutes, this WOD is treated as an AMRAP.
