Skill review: Back extensions and Glute-ham raises

Strength: High-bar vs. low-bar.
Establish a 5-rep max for HBBS

Then, 5 rounds for time of:

  • 15 Walking lunge steps (L+R=2) with barbell held in the front rack position (95/65lb)
  • 30 Double-unders

There is a 12 minute time cap to this WOD. If you do not finish within 12 minutes, this WOD is treated as an AMRAP.
