Happy Birthday Lisa!!

Strength – Jerk. We will be drilling the split jerk and then working up to a heavy double.

Then, perform three 2-minute rounds with 1 minute of rest between each round, of:

  • 3 Clean & Jerk (155/105lb)
  • Max Burpees

Note: The clean is intended to be caught in a full squat. If you catch it in the power position, perform a front squat before your jerk.

Your score is the total number of burpees performed.
