Today’s WOD is from Week 2 of the 2011 CrossFit Games Open. We will be doing several WODs from the 2011 and 2012 Games in the upcoming weeks to let some of our athletes see where they stack up against the past competition.

To score this WOD, track the successful completion of all movements performed to standard. Your score should be in total reps (each round is 36 reps).

The lowest score for men that qualified for the CrossFit Regionals from the Southeast was 468, women’s 521. Do the math – that is 13 rounds for the guys, and nearly 15 for the women. Keep in mind that this snapshot is about this particular WOD and those athletes who qualified for the Regionals did it based on their scores over multiple WODs. The best score worldwide for this WOD was 629 (over 17 rounds) reps for men, 642 for women.
