In WODs

As a 4 or 3 person team, with 25:00/35:00 on the clock:

  • 200m Yoke carry – cooperate to move the object the distance
  • Ground to overhead – only one person works at a time. Accumulate 7,000/4,500 lbs
  • Run 800m with med ball – cooperate to move the object the distance
  • 200 Sledgehammers – only one team member works at a time
  • Row 250m as a team relay
  • For the remainder of the time, accumulate as many double-unders as possible
