In WODs

“Give Thanks this WODs Over”

Today’s WOD will be at 9:00am!

In celebration of Thanksgiving and in the spirit of being thankful when a workout is over we will be having a FGB style WOD with the following movements:

  • Kettlebell swings (24/16K) with a possibility to UPGRAYEDD to 32/20K
  • Sit-Ups (abmat or GHD)
  • Power Cleans (115/75)
  • Burpees
  • Dumbell Thrusters (40/25)

Each movement will be performed for one minute for a total of 5min with no rest in between rounds. At the end of the 5th round there will be one minute of rest, the complex will be completed 3 times. Unless we have some athletes that truly want to be thankful when it is over and then they will complete 2 more championship rounds.
