Then, AMRAP 20 minutes of:

  • 3 Wall climbs
  • 10 Up-downs
  • 5 Parellette pass-throughs
  • 10 Grasshoppers (R + L = 1)

Beginners: Go as far up the wall as you feel comfortable and under control
ALL Rxers (intermediate and advanced) make sure your nose is to the wall
Advanced: Go faster!
