Skill/Group Warm-up: Double-under work for 3 minutes

Strength: Hang Snatch – reviewing positions above the knee – 20 minutes to work a heavy double

3 Rounds for time of:

  • 10 DB/KB Snatch L arm (40+/25+)
  • 10 DB/KB Snatch R arm (40+/25+)
  • 15 Box jumps (24/20”)
  • 20 Wall Balls (20/14lb)

TIME CAP: 15 minutes

Beginners: Use DBs of less weight – lower box jumps and 10-15 wall balls with less weight

Advanced: Use KBs (24+/16+k)
