Strength: Jerk – work to heavy double

Then AMRAP for 2 min-4 min-6min rounds with one minute rest between of:

  • 3 Power clean (135/95lb)
  • 6 Push-up
  • 9 Squat

Each round should start with Power Clean. Score is total rounds and total reps.

Beginner’s option – Hang Power Clean

Advanced: Use 155/105lb for Power Clean


Beginner’s Only Class @ 7:30PM

Strength – Push-press and Push-jerk

Then, use same timing and rep scheme, perform the WOD with a light Hang Power Clean
