Balls, Belles, & Burps (brought to you by CFNE)
On the 2nd minute – for 10 rounds

  • 10 Wall Ball (20,14lb)
  • 10 KB Swing (24/16k)
  • 10 Burpees

If/when you don’t finish a round within the two minutes, reduce the reps for the next round (and so on). Once you reduce your reps you cannot scale them back up. Your score is the number of reps you finish on your last round.

Beginner’s option: less weight, less rounds, less reps

Post-WOD Mobility 10 min Stretch routine

Note: We are allotting some post WOD time work on mobility. This is NON-OPTIONAL. Seems we keep seeing athletes finish and grab their keys and go! We ALL (myself included) need to do some mobility after the WOD!
