Then, partner up for the timed portion of the WOD. AMRAP 10 minutes of:
Partner A does 10 burpess and 20 squats while Partner B moves a plate from one end of the gym (20m) to the other as quickly as possible. While moving the plate, plate must be locked overhead and the plate must be dropped and lay flat at each end of the gym before picking it up again. After partner A is done – switch places. Count each trip down the length of the gym for score.
If working solo, do burpees and squats for 90 seconds before making your trips with the plate overhead.
