Then, “The Bear.”
7 reps of the bear complex: power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, push press.
Do not let go of the bar at any time. You can rest in any position EXCEPT for the bar on the floor.

Perform five rounds, increasing weight with each round if possible. Rest as needed between each round; this WOD is not for time. Your score will be the weight on the last round.

Finisher: L-sits on parallettes – 2x – max hold – shoot for minimum of 30 second hold or 1 minute of effort.
