  • 9 Deadlift (155/105 lb)
  • 6 Hang Power Clean (same barbell)
  • 3 Shoulder to OH (same barbell)
  • 400m run (or 500m row)

Beginners: rope progressions, lighter Barbell

Advanced: go faster!
