Then, AMRAP 15 Min of:

  • 8 Power Clean (135/95lb)
  • 10 Weighted situps (45/25lb plate)
  • 25 Double-unders

Beginners: Lighter BB, unweighted sit-ups, 10 attempts at DUs then 50 singles

Advanced: 155/105lb on BB & GHD situps

Mobility: Cobra stretch, calf stretch, rollout T-spine, IT bands, and calves
