Then, 4 rounds for time of:

  • 2 Rope climbs
  • 100 ft Sprint
  • 4 Cleans* (185/120lb)
  • 100 ft Sprint

Time cap: 15 minutes

* Note the absence of the word “power” here, these cleans involve a full squat

Beginners: rope progressions, lighter BB

Advanced: Upgrade to 225 or 205lb / 145 or 135lb

Mobility: slow dislocates, thorough roll out
