Partner Up!

For time:

  • Partner A holds barbell in front rack (185/120lb) while Partner B performs burpees – partners must complete 100 burpees
  • Partner A holds a static plank while Partner B rows (or bikes on the Aerodyne) – partners must complete 1500m row or 1.2 mile bike
  • Partner A holds a 90 degree wall sit while partner B performs wall balls (20/14lb) – partners must complete 100 wall balls

Reps can be only accumulated as long as both Partner is holding the static position, partners can switch places at any time but cannot go on to the next task until the current task is complete.
