Today’s WOD is dedicated to – and created especially for – Dr. Donald (Donny) Pritt, our very first member back before we even had our space.

Donny will be missed, although he promised to still come train with us on Saturdays. (And he better… cause if he doesn’t we will track him down and yell “Yay Burpees!” at him. He has been programmed to drop and do 10 Burpees whenever he hears that phrase. Try it next time you see him.)
