Mobility: Shoulders distractions / Wrist openers

Strength: 15 minutes to work to a heavy 1 ¼ OHS (Beginners or mobility impaired work the OHS or the Front Squat)

Then, “Tabata Fran”
8 Tabata intervals of each movement for total reps:

  • Thrusters (95/65lb)
  • Pull-ups
