Warm up: Coaches choice
Mobility: 10 minutes to open shoulders and hips

Strength: Clean & Jerk – 20 minutes to work to a heavy double

Then, 21-15-9 for time of:

  • Curtis P* (95/65lb)
  • Ring Push-ups

Finisher (after 3 min or more rest): 2 min of max reps HSPUs, for those without a HSPU hold the HS for 60 seconds

*Curtis P = Clean, leave bar in front rack, lunge L, lunge R, then jerk
