Mobility: Snatch Prep MWOD

Warm-up: 400m Sandbag run test for time SCORED – 50/35lb

Strength: Snatch 2 reps – EMO2M for 10 min – add weight each round if possible

Then, 6 rounds for total working time:

  • 2 Snatch at approximately 75% your heavy double established during the strength portion of the WOD
  • Rest 30 seconds
  • Run 200m with sandbag or weighted object
