Warm-up: Coaches choice

Mobility: Posterior Chain Floss (BSL pg 351) and Banded Classic Posterior Chain Mob (pg 354 & 355)

Strength: Deadlift – 20 minutes – use this rep scheme to work to a 3-rep max: bar-5-3-2-1-3 (beginners do: 5-3-3-3 to work to heavy triple)

Then, “Helen”
3 rounds for time of:

  • 400 meter run
  • 21 Kettlebell swings (24/16k)
  • 12 Pull-ups

Check out your score from the last time we did this: June 4

Beginners: Use a lighter KB and scale pull-ups
If your last Helen time was under 10 minutes, you have the option to upgrade to 30/24k KB
