Warmup: Bearcrawl musical chairs. We’ll explain this better in person but it is pretty much like it sounds.

Mobility: Banded Distractions, Super Front Rack, Anterior Compartment Smash

Strength: Bench Press – 20 min – 3 worksets of 5 reps, increasing in weight each set – your last set should be about 80% of your 1RM from Sept 30

Conditioning: AMRAP 12 minutes – start with 2 of each and add 2 each round – how far can you go?

  • Burpee

*1 Curtis P = Power clean, hold bar in front rack then: lunge L, lunge R, push-press
