Warm-up: Dots (x2), high knees, butt kickers, zombie walks. Then at your own pace: 15-10-5 of jumping jacks and squat jumps.

Mobility: Calf stretch against a wall, posterior chain roll-out (especially hammies), scorpions 7x a side

Skill: KB Cleans

Conditioning: “It’s Cold as Balls (…and Even us Coaches Don’t Want to go Outside)”
For time:

Buy in: 50 Sit-ups
Then 5 rounds of:

  • 5/5 KB Cleans
  • 15 Box jumps
  • 30 Double unders

Cash out: 50 Sit-ups
