Please remember we are closing early today. There will be no 6:30pm and 7:30pm classes.

Warm-up: Light Turkish get-ups – pausing at every position

Mobility: Roll out T-Spine and lats, super front rack, wrist openers

Conditioning: “Jackie” – we will run this in heats – one round for time:

  • 1000m row
  • 50 Thrusters (45/35lb)
  • 30 Pull-ups

Finisher: Moderate to heavy Turkish get ups – 10 each side
