Strength: Bench Press 5×5

“Tabata This, Sucka!”

Perform Tabata intervals and count your total reps of:
Squats
Pull-ups
Push-ups
Sit-up
Kettlebell swings (24/16k)

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 sets. Compete all intervals with one exercise before moving onto the next. Exercises can be performed in any order.
